Exercise Programme -

You can spend all day trying to find the perfect programme online, but the truth is, there is no perfect workout programme, there are only appropriate ones.

The beauty of having your own personal coach is that we can determine what type of programme fit your needs, by taking into account your age, health, strength, training goals and experience. Having your own personal coach gives you the confidence to know you are doing everything you can to build the body you desire, and that you are not just putting in a lot of effort without seeing any real progress.

Nutrition -

​

There is a lot of misimformation online, and literally hundreds of conflicting articles telling you what you can and can't eat. You'll see articles calling certain foods "fattening" and others calling those same foods "fat melting" so it can be hard to know exactly what to believe. The truth is the majority of these articles are just clickbait, attempting to fool you into buying the next generic supplement that you simply don't need. With TrainWright, you'll be coached and educated on what foods you should be including into your diet, how much you should be eating, and when you should be eating it.

Mobile App -

Our training app makes keeping track of all your fitness information incredibly easy. We can keep on top of all of the most important information, including your "NEAT", sleep, body fat %, caloric intake, resting heart rate, body weight, hydration, and loads more. Having all of this information to hand means that we can make scientific and educated decisions on what changes need to be made to your programme, to ensure you're 100% on track at all times.

Growth & Repair Booklet -

​

The TrainWright Growth & Repair booklet will give you all of the information that you need to know about preparing and recovering effectively from your workouts. With the amount of dangerous and contradicting evidence being put out online, we feel that is important for you to have a good grasp of the most important, fundamental principles of eating and recovering correctly.
